Ingredients

  • 1
    egg, beaten
  • 1/2 Teaspoon
    salt
  • 4 Tablespoons
    granulated sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon
    vanilla extract
  • 1 Pound
    farmers cheese
  • 1 Cup
    raspberries, mashed

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Fill pieorgi. These may be served hot, right after boiling, or chilled. You may also fry them in butter if you wish.
