Goat Cheese Icing

  • 8 Ounces
    soft goat cheese
  • 8 Ounces
    cream cheese
  • 4 Ounces
    softened butter
  • 1 Teaspoon
    vanilla extract
  • 4-5 Cups
    confectioners' sugar


  1. Beat the first 4 ingredients until soft, and then slowly add confectioners' sugar until it reaches proper spreading consistency and sweetness. This is a personal preference, so keep tasting until you're pleased with your icing. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
